Godly Play

Children have an innate, sweet sense of God's presence. Godly Play helps them explore their faith through story, learn religious language, and enhance their spiritual experience through wonder and play. Based on Montessori principles and developed from a spiral curriculum, Godly Play engages young children of all ages. Come one, come all! Join the play!

Congratulations! To marry the one you love is also a sacrament, an outward sign of God's love. We require that at least one of you be a baptized Christian, that the ceremony be attested by at least two witnesses, and that the marriage conform to the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the canons of the Church. Jail Ministry

We minister to inmates of the Mason County Detention Center. On Tuesdays, we offer personal counseling to inmates. Our ministry is not intended to convert or proselytize, but to listen and support. Our specially trained dog, Shelby, provides comfort and a special kind of therapy only a pet can give. This ministry intends to bring hope and is vital to the well-being and continued rehabilitation of area inmates.

Final Visit

Bishop Provisional The Right Reverend Bruce Caldwell led worship and delivered the Gospel message on Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017. This was the Bishop's last visit to Church of the Nativity and his last visit to a Diocesan church before returning to Minnesota. His broad experience, spirit-filled leadership, and gentle spirit will be sorely missed by all.
